Cook and writer Kasia Strykowska-Kossakowska discusses her beautifully illustrated cookery book with writer and translator Elinor Reynolds. It is a culinary journey told in three languages English, Welsh and Polish. Blending recipes with personal stories it traces Kasia’s journey from Poland to her much-loved café in Carmarthen.
